The Namada Keychain extension allows users to create and manage their accounts, as well as sign transactions. However, it needs to be connected to a Namadillo interface to view your assets and generate transactions.
To do so, simply head to the Namadillo interface and connect your wallet.
Transferring your $NAM is currently not possible.
This feature will be available on Namadillo once the transfer function is activated, which will happen following the activation of Phase 5.

A transparent address, identified by the 'tnam' prefix, is a user-friendly identifier derived from a public key.
When transferring between transparent addresses, transaction details such as the sender, receiver, and amount are publicly visible.
A shielded address, identified by the 'znam' prefix, is a public-facing address that can be shared with others to enable private transactions.
Unlike transparent addresses, when transferring between shielded addresses, transaction details such as the sender, receiver, and amount remain hidden from anyone without the associated spending or viewing key.
A private key is a secret piece of data that acts as a digital signature for authorizing cryptocurrency transactions.
It is a crucial component of blockchain and cryptocurrency security, ensuring that only the rightful owner of the funds can access and control them.
If you wish to disconnect (remove permissions) from a site, you can do so in the Settings menu of Namada Keychain, under 'Connected Sites'.
